By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Services

Powerhouse Consulting Group LLC provides professional management, technical, and operational consulting services. This includes workflow optimization, software consulting (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge), reporting setup, and technology planning. We provide recommendations and implementation support, but business outcomes depend on the client's execution and internal factors. We make no guarantees regarding specific financial results, revenue increases, or operational outcomes.

3. Fees, Payments, and Billing

Certain services, such as the Initial Consultation & Evaluation, require payment of specific fees (e.g., $200). Some appointments may require a non-refundable booking fee. All fees will be clearly communicated before the service is rendered. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking or consulting engagement if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Powerhouse Consulting Group LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Powerhouse Consulting Group LLC.

5. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective consulting, clients must provide accurate information regarding their business processes, software environments, and access to necessary systems when required. We are not responsible for delays or inadequate results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Powerhouse Consulting Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
